The agreement
These terms cover use of criabrazil.com and connecting a company’s accounts in CRIA. A project’s scope, price and timing are agreed separately.
The website
The writing, images and films on this site belong to CRIA, except where a client’s work is shown. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy the site or present it as your own.
Connected accounts
Connecting Google means that company authorizes CRIA to use the Google account they approve, for that company’s work. CRIA reads Google Analytics and reads and manages Google Ads on the accounts that company selects. A Google Ads account opened from CRIA is for that company.
Campaigns
A campaign can spend the company’s money. New campaigns stay paused until the company confirms them.
The work
Work made for a client follows the agreement for that project. Nothing on this website promises that a campaign, a site or a brand will produce a particular result.
Liability
CRIA provides the site and the connections with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for a Google, hosting or network failure outside our control. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of São Paulo have jurisdiction.
