Who we are
CRIA is a brand, content and go-to-market studio in São Paulo. This policy covers criabrazil.com and the studio a company uses with us. Questions go to ola@criabrazil.com.
This website
You can read the site without an account. The contact form opens a draft in your own email app. We receive a message only if you send it to ola@criabrazil.com. We do not run our own advertising cookies here. The host may keep ordinary technical logs of requests.
Google accounts a company connects
When someone at a company connects Google in CRIA, Google asks them to allow access to that Google account. We use that access to read Google Analytics, and to read and manage Google Ads for the accounts that company chooses. That includes opening a Google Ads account for the company and creating campaigns for that company.
What we do with that access
We use the connected accounts to do that company’s marketing work inside CRIA. We store the connection so it stays available for that company. We do not sell this information, and we do not use one company’s Google account for another company’s campaigns.
How long we keep it
We keep a connection while the company uses CRIA. Disconnecting the provider ends our use of that login. Email you send us stays for as long as we need it to reply and to do the work.
Who else handles it
Google provides the accounts you connect. This site is hosted on Vercel. Those providers process information so the site and the connection can work.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google inside CRIA, or withdraw access in your Google account. To ask what we hold, or to ask us to delete it, write to ola@criabrazil.com.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
